Bones season 8 has been pretty wonderful so far and it looks like there is more fun to come in the next episode. "The But in the Joke" airs on Monday, November 26 and judging by the clips below, a whole lot of hilarity is about to ensue.

Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

In the first clip, we see Booth and Brennan finding a body that is still alive and kicking, or at least talking, since he managed to get himself stuck to an actual decomposing body and couldn't kick if he wanted to. You'd think because at least one of the bodies is alive, that the scene couldn't possibly be as gross as normal, but you would also be very, very, wrong.

Here are a few more things we know from watching the clip:

  • The guy stuck on the body knows his name, but refuses to tell Booth and Brennan.
  • The guy appears to have gotten stuck on the body after trying to vandalize a billboard.
  • Watching these clips while eating my breakfast is a very, very bad idea. My poor tummy.
  • Brennan thinks that ripping off the guy's skin is only secondarily worse than destroying the evidence.

In the second clip, we find the team working hard to try and figure out how to un-stick the live body from the dead body. Cam of course nixes their idea to use a laser (too bad, that would've been awesome), so Hodgins comes up with the old standby -- peanut butter. Trouble is, their live body isn't too keen on the idea.

Here are a few more things we know from watching the clip:

  • I don't know why, but the sight of the "body" on the table talking completely freaked me out for a second there.
  • The mysterious guy may actually be the legendary street artist known as "Zed."
  • Zed knows his rights, especially when it comes to slathering peanut butter all over his private self.

In the final clip, we find Booth doing something that I never would've thought he would do in a million years -- stand-up comedy. Don't get me wrong, I love Booth and I definitely think he's hysterical sometimes, but his humor is droll and not something I'd expect to do well on stage. Judging by the clip, it looks like I'm not the only one who feels that way.

Here are a few more things we know from watching the clip:

  • Lance thinks the mere mention of his name is hilarious, even though the rest of the audience doesn't agree.
  • The circle joke was actually sort of funny.
  • Booth finds a unique way to handle hecklers

All in all, this looks like it's going to be pretty darn funny episode of Bones. What did you think after watching the clips? Do you think Booth can actually pull his act out of the fire and pull off being a stand-up comic?

Bones airs on Monday nights at 8pm on FOX.
