Christina Cox is a Canadian actress and stuntwoman, born on July 31, 1971 in Toronto, Ontario. She played soccer as a child, while dreaming of becoming an Olympic gymnast. She would later earn a double major of theater and dance from the Unionville High School Arts York program, then train further with the Ryerson Theatre School. Her numerous television and movie credits include roles in Forever Knight, The Hardy Boys, F/X: The Series, Better Than Chocolate, PSI Factor,
Stargate: SG-1 , Andromeda,

House . Christina Cox also worked as a stuntwoman in the Academy Award-winning Million Dollar Baby and played Eve Logan in The Chronicles of Riddick.
Vicki Nelson is played by Christina Cox in the television series Blood Ties. Nicknamed “Victory” as a young girl, she pushed herself to excel in every aspect of her life, ranging from academics to relationships and sports. She would later study at the Center of Criminology at university and go on to work for the Metropolitan Police Service. However, when she was diagnosed with debilitating retinitis pigmentosa, she left the police department’s Homicide Division and became a private investigator. Her strong-willed attitude and her penchant for taking risks keeps driving her forward, along with her intense disdain for being pitied by anyone.
