Among the dangers they've faced are demonic opponents, ravenous zombies, a girl with uncontrollable telekinetic powers, vengeful spirits and witches, and even the mythical Gorgon Medusa of Greek lore. More of Henry's past is also gradually revealed throughout the series, such as when they meet up again with the vampire who turned him centuries ago.
