Mark Sheppard


Born on May 30, 1964 in London, England, Mark Sheppard became a professional musician when he was just 15 years old. After enjoying a successful musical career, he moved to the United States and was later invited to audition for the American production of the play Cock and Bull Story, which he later joined and eventually won the 1992 LA Drama Critics Circle award and the LA Weekly and Dramalogue awards for. Moving on to television, Sheppard made appearances on The X-Files, CSI, CSI: New York, The Practice, Special Unit 2, JAG, Star Trek: Voyager, The Chronicle, Monk, and Las Vegas. He also appeared on the fifth season of 24 and in Joss Whedon's Firefly. He became the face of Romo Lampkin in season 3 of Battlestar Galactica, and filled in the role of Dr. Anthony Anthros in Bionic Woman.

Dr. Anthony Anthros of Bionic Woman is played by Mark Sheppard. Dr. Anthros is the man responsible for creating the bionic technology that helped save the life of Jaime, his son Will's girlfriend. This technology has not only changed her life, but also blessed her with extraordinary powers that she must use for the better.
