It's all over but the casting. NBC has apparently (according to Aintitcoolnews.com) given Battlestar Galactica producer David Eicks permission to re-imagine another 70's cult tv show, this time the cyborg antics of 'The Bionic Woman'. According to AICN, NBC's wallet will open as soon as the right girl is cast in the role immortalized by Lindsey Wagner thirty-years-ago. To answer the inevitable question, there is no indication as to what impact this would have on Eick's Battlestar duties, nor the progress on the fledgling BSG spinoff 'Caprica", which is itself teetering on the brink of development hell.
