Peyton List was born on August 8, 1986 in Baltimore, Maryland and grew up with her parents and older sister who was a model. At a young age she was influenced by her sister to model, and at the age of eight she was recruited into a kids' commercial agency which placed her in a Kraft commercial. During one visit to New York she was again recruited into an acting and modeling agency in which she started modeling and later on ventured into acting. Her first major appearance on television was for HBO's Sex and the City and later on she was cast for the role of Lucy Montgomery in the soap opera As the World Turns, which she stayed with for four years. List's other television appearances include guest roles on Law & Order, Smallville and Without A Trace. She also had her first Hollywood role in the Walt Disney movie The Best Game Ever Played. In 2007, she was cast for a role on Big Shots, a new television series from ABC.

Cameron Collinsworth is played by Peyton List on the ABC series Big Shots. Cameron is the wife of Duncan Collinsworth, a dysfunctional cosmetics CEO who can’t resist having sex with his ex-wife, Lisbeth.
