Amanda Seyfried tells the Los Angeles Times that her character, who married and took off from Big Love last season, will be back by the end of the year, while assuring fans that she's always open to visiting Utah if her big movie career isn't on the way.

The Letters to Juliet star says, "I was talking to Bill Paxton the other day, and he was like, 'You're coming back, right?' And I was like, 'Absolutely, if I'm not busy working on something crazy, of course I would.'"

While she admits feeling that her character Sarah has "run its course," she'd love to see her "come back from Portland, probably, hopefully, pregnant."

The 24-year-old revealed that she felt that Sarah's miscarriage spelled the end for her character.

"I just really wanted to be pregnant and that fit with the third season and then I had [a] miscarriage. Damn it!" she says. "The evolution of Sarah has pretty much run its course."

Sarah, the teenage daughter of the protagonist and recently elected state senator Bill (Paxton), got married last season in a secular ceremony in the communal backyard of the Henrickson homes.

Seyfried has also come to the defense of former co-star Chloe Sevigny, who voiced out her frustration about Big Love's "awful" fourth season.

"We all make mistakes like that and say things that people take out of context. She was probably saying, 'Oh, that's awful,' because she was probably envisioning herself on the show and saying how bad she thought she was. I don't think she was saying anything bad about the show itself."

Finally, in not so Big Love news, the Fairfax, Oklahoma farm where parts of the Bill Paxton movie Twister was filmed was hit by a real tornado last week. The owner says the tornado more or less followed a similar path as the movie tornado.
