Big Brother 9 has picked up the intensity as of late, mostly thanks to the greatest moment of the season –
Matt crying after he was back doored during the Power of Veto ceremony. That was just spectacular. With Matt and his arrogant, scheming ways out of the house, the competition is up in the air. Things will change, as
Natalie will now have to fend from for herself and, hopefully, bust out of her Matt-worshiping ways. It makes it simpler that the
Big Brother house is split into two distinct factions – the Alliance of Pairs (
Joshuah/
Sharon and
Chelsia/
James) and the Alliance of Miscellany (
Ryan, Natalie,
Sheila and
Adam). Umm...the Alliance of Miscellany is a temporary name until we come up with something better. Who knows – maybe it'll stick.
#8 – Natalie
I just think Natalie is going to be too distraught with Matt's departure to do much in the rest of the game. When you add to that the fact that Natalie is something of a mental midget, she'll be gone soon.
#7 - Chelsia
It's very difficult to rank these house guests right now. With the two alliances having even numbers, it's going to keep coming down to who wins Head of Household. I have a feeling that Adam will nominate Chelsia and James, but that's just a hunch. IN general, I think Chelsia is a little too explosive and may play her way into a nomination if not this week, then soon.
#6 – James
James got voted out once, and now he's a target. He'll probably be nominated this week.
#5 – Ryan
Ryan baffles me. Maybe he's smart, maybe he's dumb, but he's shown an ability to adapt and stick around. This week was a close one, but he should stick around for a little while longer.
#4 – Sharon
Sharon and Josh are a strong couple, are very good in the challenges and I think there's a very good chance one of them wins HoH next week.
#3 – Joshuah
I've said it before, but Josh reminds me of
Dick Donato. He's so abrasive and combative, that HoH's will be reticent to put him on the block, lest they incur his wrath for an entire week.
#2 – Sheila
The two sleepers, Sheila and Adam. I never thought I'd see them at one and two in the power rankings, but here they are. Sheila, especially, is playing a very subtle game. That doesn't mean I like her, though.
#1 – Adam
As Head of Household, Adam has some tough decisions. If he can make it through this week without creating any new enemies, he'll be set up well for the rest of the game.
Who should be ranked number one?
