Big Brother 10 Spoilers: Week 9 Luxury Competition
Big Brother 10 Spoilers: Week 9 Luxury Competition
Big Brother 10 teased us last night with a glimpse of a new luxury challenge, in the form of a big ol' fat sumo guy sitting on a clue.  It was pretty cool, definitely silly, and Julie Chen told the audience that the competition would result in a trip for one of the houseguests.  They'd get to leave the Big Brother house which, at this juncture, will probably feel like the greatest vacation ever.  Now we know who won the competition, and where they'll get to go, but that's not the story.  What's important is how absolutely ridiculous the competition was.  Read on for more information.

In the morning, someone dressed as a gorilla showed up inside the Big Brother house.  This gorilla would turn out to be, supposedly, a former Big Brother 10 houseguest.  They are led outside to the backyard, where they find the following:

A female contortionist wearing a blue leotard

A bathtub full of dirt

A big diamond

An ostrich wearing glasses

Boxing gloves

A giant hot dog

A wolf-like creature

A space ship

A living Caesar statue

A waterfall

An army box in jungle netting

A cracking egg with a rubber chicken

A huge wedding cake

An orange triangle

The players were given three hours and three guesses as to what the phrase is that links all the objects together.  The players, to guess, have to ring a bell and go inside to the Diary Room.  The gorilla acted nuts the entire time (we think it was Jessie in that gorilla suit), and they started throwing tarps on over the objects as time started to run out.

Anyway, it turns out that Dan won the challenge, but I can't seem to find what the correct answer was – your guess is as good as mine.  He won a trip to a private beach.  He had the option to take someone with him, but declined because he didn't want to be exclusionary.
