Brian Green is an American actor, producer and director born on July 15, 1973 in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. His heritage includes Scottish, Cherokee Indian, Hungarian, and Irish ancestry, and he attended North Hollywood High School. Brian Green has had a number of roles in various television shows, among them Highway to Heaven, Knots Landing, Baywatch, Melrose Place, Malibu Shores, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, CSI, and Freddie. He’s also appeared in the films Kid, An American Summer, Kickboxer 2: The Road Back, Bleach, and Fish Without a Bicycle. He attempted a music career by releasing a rap and hip-hop album titled One Stop Carnival, though it was considered both a critical and commercial failure.

David Silver is played by Brian Green in the teen television drama series Beverly Hills 90210. The school’s resident deejay, he dates a number of girls though he’s Donna’s on-again, off-again boyfriend. He is an aspiring musician and music video director, though he’s a bit of a nerd who initially has trouble blending in, mainly because of being a year younger. He takes extra courses in high school so he can catch up and graduate on time with the others, and suffers from a crystal meth addiction at one point. He’s also diagnosed with manic depression, though he eventually overcomes it.
