Our friends over at Media Village have procured a nice little interview with Beauty and the Geek's Matt. Matt is one of the so-called "Geeks" on the surprisingly popular CW show and he was kind enough to sit down with Media Village to openly discuss his experience on the show. Matt is paired up with "Beauty" Andrea and, truth be told, the two of them had a fairly difficult time in the first episode. Matt is a kind of a frail, tiny little man, but I like him. Matt explained to Jacki: Taking the money was a harder decision for the beauties than the geeks. "I think this was true for all the guys... all of us are going to have good jobs eventually and have enough money to make us very happy... These girls, as smart as they are, and as talented as they are, their priority is to do modeling or work at bars and things. A lot of the girls were living from modeling job to modeling job, so the money was a big deal to them." At first, Matt and his partner on the show, Andrea (the beauty), were frustrated with each other as partners. Matt told Jacki: "I was frustrated with her attitude after that challenge." [The guys had to go up to random people on the street and ask them to put suntan lotion on him and borrow their phone to make a call as well as get a girl's number]. "I don't generally ask people for their cell phones or to rub suntan lotion on my back... She just assumed that because there's $250,000 on the line, all of a sudden I'm going to snap out of the way I normally am." -Oscar Dahl, BuddyTV Senior Writer
