Each new episode of
Battlestar Galactica this season has completely blown me away. The stakes are getting raised each week, and though the characters are currently separated and pursuing their own agendas, I'm excited to see them eventually come together. On last week's episode, Cally discovered the secret of the Galactica toasters and paid dearly for her knowledge. In tomorrow night's installment, "Escape Velocity," we'll see the aftermath of that event, and also revisit Baltar's (
James Callis) messianic cult.

The official description of the episode reads, "Baltar's beliefs create a controversy for those faithful to the 12 Lords of Kobol, and a crew member's demise casts a pall on the Colonials."
One of the biggest questions I currently have about the series is regarding the four Galactica Cylons. Are they acting like mental patients due to psychological stress, or is their Cylon programming actually kicking in? We've already seen that Tory is completely insane, and as you can see in the trailer below, Tyrol (
Aaron Douglas) isn't acting like himself either.
In this photo we see that Six is paying a very special visit to Tigh (
Michael Hogan). Is this all in his head, or is this the Six from the brig?
Adama (
Edward James Olmos) comforts Tyrol after the death of Cally, but as you can see from the trailer below, he might not need much comforting.
In this clip from the episode, it appears that there's been some sort of attack in Baltar's happy little commune. Six (
Tricia Helfer) insists that it's the Old Gods striking back now that Baltar is trying to spread the word of the One True God.
The most exciting thing about this promo, at least for me, is the return of Ellen Tigh. It looks like she'll be appearing in Saul's head, though it may be a trick brought on by Number Six. We also get a glimpse at Tyrol's unexpected reaction to Cally's death.
