At the end of last week's episode of Battlestar Galactica
, Admiral Adama handed Starbuck the keys to a ship and told her to go find Earth. It was a sweet moment in an otherwise intense episode, and it left us wondering if Kara Thrace (Katee Sackhoff
) will make it to our planet, or if she's actually leading a small group of people to their doom. In tomorrow night's episode, "The Ties that Bind," we'll see more of Kara's journey, and we'll also get a glimpse at Chief Tyrol's struggles to accept his Cylon nature.
To get fans pumped for Friday's new episode, we have some promo photos and an exciting trailer that shows us what to expect from "The Ties that Bind."
Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.
The official description of the episode reads, "Cally finds out the truth about Tyrol; Kara sets off to find Earth; the aftermath of the Cylon coup unfolds."
Out of these three plot threads, I think I'm most excited to see how Cally reacts to the news that Tyrol (Aaron Douglas
) is a Cylon. I'd also like to know what this means for baby Nicholas, who is another human/Cylon hybrid child. As far as Starbuck's journey, I'm interested to find out who will accompany her on the road to Earth. We were left with the impression that Helo (Tahmoh Penikett
) might be going with her, but I'm not sure if he'd be willing to leave Sharon and Hera behind.
The first photo from the episode shows Cally cradling Nicholas. We haven't seen much of Tyrol's family this season, so the episode should prove to be interesting.
The next photo finds Tyrol and Tory having some sort of confrontation. Based on his unshaven face and glass of bright green alcohol, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Tyrol isn't dealing well with his Cylon-positive status.
The trailer for the episode gives us an intriguing glimpse as to how Cally may discover the truth:
