Everything You Need to Know About the Fresh Meat of 'Bachelor Pad 2'
Bachelor Pad splashes back on to ABC on August 8. Each week we're taking a closer look at three of the former Bachelor and Bachelorette stars crazy enough to subject themselves to this silly battle of the sexes.

This week, we take a look at the fresh meat, the men from the seventh season of The Bachelorette, who will go back to the Bachelor mansion for a shot at $250,000 ... and maybe love.

Ames Brown

A "unique" portfolio manager from New York, he was one of the frontrunners in Ashley Hebert's troupe of guys. No wonder he was in the final four; he's that fancy ol' chap bursting with culture and cash. Sense of humor? Not so much.

Pros: The man is loaded with (money?) credentials - from educational background to charity marathons. He's supposedly interesting too, when it comes to one-on-one conversations.

Cons: A little shy and stiff, like a robot or a plank of wood that couldn't give you splinters if it tried. Also, it's difficult to imagine this uptight Ivy Leaguer participating in the strange variety of Bachelor Pad games. Remember that concussion in Thailand?

Started out as a sad sappy salesman on the show, but he got that wedding date with Ashley in week 2. Trauma was inflicted. He also roasted her so well that we all thought she'd cry. She did. And he didn't apologize for it quickly enough. And he still got a rose. What a twist.

Pros: Might roast the other players to their doom.

Cons: Might not actually be funny. And he sometimes lets winning get to his head, which could end tragically in bad impersonations or bouts of self-pity.

Dentist, perfectionist, and all-around sensible guy. Throughout the show, he was the one reminding everyone what the proper social protocol is. Too bad he forgot to follow it when he broke down and just told her he thought she didn't care about him.

Pros: He knows his strategies, and he's mature enough to know what's really going on. Also has no problem confronting problems, especially in a boxing ring.

Cons: Can get a little needy.

Think any of these guys are worthy of winning Bachelor Pad? No? Check back next week when season 2 premieres!
