DeMario Jackson claims that he was fired from his job because of the Bachelor in Paradise scandal between him and Corinne Olympios.

While the investigation into what happened on the Bachelor in Paradise set is still going on, sources have said that production was halted after a producer filed a complaint about sexual misconduct on the first night of Bachelor in Paradise. DeMario and Corinne reportedly hooked up in the pool after drinking heavily, but Corinne reportedly blacked out and was too drunk to consent. She, herself, has said she can't remember much of what happened that night.

It's important to note that we don't know all the details and the police haven't been involved. But since the news of the scandal broke, DeMario has faced a ton of rumors about what happened and is already facing consequences. He was reportedly fired from his job as a recruiting consultant at Michael Page in Los Angeles, where he has been working since last September.

"My character has been assassinated, my family name has been drug through the mud," he told Inside Edition after saying he was fired. "The only thing I want is the truth to come out. I feel like the truth will be able to come out through those videos. I don't blame anyone right now. The only thing I want is the tapes."

Since production halted, both Corinne and DeMario have released statements about what happened and both have obtained lawyers.

Corinne reportedly hired lawyer Marty Singer as her representation. She recently opened up about what happened that night. She said that she has "little memory of that night," but she knows something went wrong and described the incident as her "worst nightmare." She said she's seeking legal advice and therapy to get past the incident.

DeMario, meanwhile, has denied the allegations against him. He said he will be taking "swift and appropriate legal action until my name is cleared and, per the advice of legal counsel, will be seeking all available remedies entitled to me under the laws."

DeMario believes his name has been "assassinated" and that "false claims and malicious allegations" have been thrown against him and he was unfairly fired. He wants Warner Bros. to release the tapes of him and Corinne and says that they would clear his name.
