“The Western Air Temple” finds Aang and his remaining companions as they take refuge in the Western Air temple after the failure of the full moon invasion. Aang recalls the first impression he had when seeing the Southern Air Temple invaded and devastated by the fire nation and believes it will be the same at the Western Air Temple. As Aang and his gang make speculations on the secrets of the true disappearance of the Air Nomads, somebody is observing them between the shades.
The gang discusses the next course of action. Sokka proposes they revert to their old plan of Aang mastering all four elements. Aang doesn't seem to agree with it, remarking that they do not know where to find a fire-bending teacher.
Katara suggests looking for Jeong Jeong, but Aang worries they'll never see him again. Hopeless and discouraged, he uses this as an excuse to run off and tour the temple while the rest of the group tries to think of a teacher for Aang.
Zuko appears to the gang later at the temple, Appa licks him in a friendly manner, remembering him from Ba Sing Se. The group, however, is mistrusting. He apologizes for his many devious endeavors, and accidentally reveals that he was the one who hired the Combustion Man to kill Aang. Zuko offers himself to them as a prisoner, but they begin to threaten him if he doesn't leave.
Meanwhile,
Iroh has met with the secret society of the White Lotus to carry out a plan to cooperate against the followers of Firelord Ozai to recover the throne that by birth right belonged to Iroh.
So far, Nickelodeon has not yet released an air date for the said episode so fans will just have to stay tuned.
