Sally Pressman is a classically trained ballet dancer who was a member of the Manhattan Ballet Company. She graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts degree in theater studies from Yale University, where she also participated in plays like The Merchant of Venice, The Dining Room, Freedomland and Sylvia. She has appeared in the independent movie, The Dread and on the television series, Shark, starring James Woods.
Roxy LeBlanc, played by Sally Pressman on Army Wives, is a sexy, independent, single mother of two boys, who works as a bartender at a local hangout. When she meets, falls in love and marries Army Private First Class Trevor LeBlanc, Roxy initially finds it hard to adjust to the rules, regulations and class system rankings of military life, but finds a support system in the company of her fellow army wives.
