Canadian actor Joe Cobden was born on October 7, 1978 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. His early acting credits were centered in Canadian productions, making his debut as a soldier in the acclaimed television movie Nuremberg. His other early television credits include guest roles in Live Through This, University, Dice, Station X and This is Wonderland.
He also appeared in numerous films. He made his film debut in 2001, playing a supporting role in the Canadian romantic comedy Suddenly Naked. His other films include $windle, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, The Day After Tomorrow, The Aviator and Blindness. His first regular television role was in the short-lived drama Angela’s Eyes, which aired in 2006. There, he played techno geek Dozer, a college friend and close confidant of Angela (Abigail Spencer).
