Harve Presnell Biography:
George “Harve” Presnell was born on September 14, 1933 in Modesto, California. He graduated from the University of Southern California, and has been acting since he was sixteen years old. His first major role was in the musical The Unsinkable Molly Brown, and he appeared in both its’ stage and screen productions. His other stage projects include Scarlett and Annie Warbucks. Presnell returned to the movie industry with roles in feature films like Fargo and Saving Private Ryan. On the small screen, Presnell has been seen in episodes of The Pretender, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and Dawson’s Creek. Currently, he is working on his role for the NBC comedy series, Andy Barker, P.I.
Lew Staziak, on the television series Andy Barker, P.I., is portrayed by Herve Presnell. Lew Staziak is a former private detective who finds his identity “borrowed” by successful CPA but failed businessman Andy Barker.
