Beauty queen
Susie Castillo was born on January 6,1980 in Methuen, Massachusetts. She is of Dominican and Puerto Rican descent. Susie attended Methuen High School and graduated with a degree in interior architecture and design from Endicott College in 2001. At age 16, she was already a professional model. She appeared in the pages of several teen magazines and was also featured in many advertisements.
In 1998, she won her first pageant title when she was crowned Miss Teen Massachusetts, where she competed against 40 other hopefuls. She also won Miss Teen USA's Clairol Herbal Essence Style Award on the same year but only ended up on the 13th spot of the beauty contest. In 2002, she won Miss Massachusetts and became the first Latina titleholder. She was Miss USA in 2003 and moved on to compete in the Miss Universe pageant, where she made it to the top 15 semi-finalist.
Susie Castillo was cast as Sharon on My Wife and Kids and as Shaunie on Half & Half. She is a VJ for MTV and can be seen as a host on Total Request Live. Galen Gering . On the big screen, Susie played Diana Flores in the action-adventure movie Underdog.
She was a spokesmodel for Neutrogena in 2007.
Outside show business, Susie Castillo spends her time volunteering for HAWC (Help for Abused Women and Children), for the Latinas Against Sexual Assault and for the Lawrence Girls Cub.
She and Matthew Leslie, her boyfriend of four years, tied the knot on October 7, 200O in Ipswich, Massachusetts.

America's Prom Queen , where 10 high school girls live together in a mansion and compete against each other in a series of challenges that will test their “prom queen mettle.” The contestants face weekly elimination rounds and attend a featured prom at the end of the show
