Yessssss. Finally, the CW has released the (brief) interviews with the 14 newest
America's Next Top Model contestants!
I must admit that I'm watching these clips after having already seen the 2-hour premiere episode (jealous much?) of
ANTM 13, so I have some solid preconceived notions about these ladies in my head at this point. I know that you want to know as much about the girls as possible, so take a look at each interview and form your own opinions about who will excel and who will say goodbye early! Your guesses are as good as mine. However, since I was lucky enough to catch a sneak peek of the premiere, I've also taken the liberty of making my own predictions about the stereotype each of them will embody this season. Bear in mind, I could be way off. But I doubt it. And there are no spoilers about who will be eliminated! You'll have to wait until September 9 to find
that out.
Onward to the interviews!
Erin: The Commercially Pretty One
Look out for: Tyra to worry that she is
too pretty for this business.
Lulu: The Adorable Gay One
Look out for: her to be forced to defend herself against in-house homophobia.
Bianca: The Egomaniac
Look out for: Bianca to be the first to say, "I'm not here to make friends." And then not make any.
Ashley: The Optimist
Look out for: Ashley to declare that "everything happens for a reason" when she is eventually eliminated.
Laura: The Country Girl
Look out for: the other girls to underestimate her solely based on her accent.
Jennifer: The Crowd Pleaser
Look out for: her to be the first Asian front-runner in ANTM history.
Sundai: The Sob Story
Look out for: her to dig her own grave with word vomit. And that
laugh. Pray she gets far enough to make a hilarious Covergirl commercial.
Brittany: The Annoying One
Look out for: her to not shut up about being a math major, like she's the first pretty girl to ever be good at it.
Courtney: The Competitor
Look out for: her sweet nature to fall away to dogged determination when the competition gets tough.
Nicole: The Weirdo
Look out for: her to repeatedly push away the rest of the girls and then lament her "outsider" status.
Kara: The Awkward One
Look out for: her to have all the assets, but not know how to use them.
Rachel: The Innocent One
Look out for: her to cry. A lot.
Lisa: The Boring One
Look out for: her to have the same look in every photo.
Rae: The Mom
Look out for: her to say, "I'm doing this for my daughter" at least once per episode.
