In this episode, the models jetted off to their international destination - Rome, Italy!  There, they filmed a Cover Girl commercial that was entirely in Italian.  Though Whitney did well, the judges felt she came across as fake and contrived.  She landed in the bottom two but was ultimately spared and given another chance to prove herself.
