Whitney even said it herself - many high fashion designers don't make clothes that will fit her for a runway show.  Anya, if she can perfect a stronger walk, is much more runway material.  We already know that she succeeds in photo shoots.  She won several challenges throughout the season and never landed in the bottom two.  She may not have been America's Next Top Model but it doesn't mean that it's the last we've heard from this beauty.
