It was a surprising elimination on last night's
America's Next Top Model, especially for
Stacy Ann. After failing to impress in a jet setting group photo shoot, Stacy Ann landed in the bottom two, standing next to
Fatima. She felt fairly confident that she would stay, especially considering that Fatima missed the photo shoot entirely. In the history of
Top Model, when a girl misses a shoot, she usually goes home. Tyra decided, last night, that the judges would evaluate her body of work up against Stacy Ann's and that's when she knew that she was in trouble. Ultimately, Tyra felt that Stacy Ann was not going to get any better and sent her home. The remaining girls headed to Rome, while Stacy Ann just went home. Today, she spoke to BuddyTV in an exclusive interview.
Below, you will find the complete transcript and mp3 of the interview.

Hey everybody, this is Gina from BuddyTV, and today I'm talking to Stacy Ann from America's Next Top Model.
Hi Gina.
Hey Stacy Ann, how are you?
I'm good, how are you?
Good. Thank you so much for doing the interview.
Sure.
I'm wondering if you took anything that you learned from Paulina on last night's episode of Top Model and have been using it in your interviews today?
Well, I am, of course I am. But she said that I was kind of being a little fake, which wasn't true. I am just keeping my bubbly personality and just like cry about everything, so not exactly everything she told me not to use.
It seems like this season the judges have made decisions about the models, such as that Marvita had checked out of the competition and that you're fake. Do you think that the judges have an accurate picture of who you are as a person?
I totally think that their vision of what they think they see of us is not what's really going on. I don't think that Marvita checked out, and I definitely don't think that I plateaued. I thought I was doing really good, I was really working hard, and I was really trying. I don't think I was being fake at all at the party, I thought I was just being me. I was going around to everybody in that party who knew who I was, and I just kept telling them I was from Miami, and I kept talking about other things. They just, I don't know, thought that I was being fake, but I wasn't.
The judges seem to really be loving Anya right now. What do you think it is about her that they're really drawn to?
Anya's really good at taking pictures. She's really natural at that, I will say that. She doesn't even know that she's that good. She just poses one way, poses another way, and she's really a natural at the posing. I think they notice that about her.
Is there anyone in the house that you didn't get along with?
Dominique was somebody in the house that I really thought was annoying. She talked a lot about things that just didn't make any sense, so she was the one person in the house that I didn't really like. Everybody else in the house I got along with. There was nobody there that I did not like.
There's a lot of drama this season in the house. Was that hard for you to deal with, or were you okay under the pressure?
I work great under pressure. There was a lot of drama, a lot of fights, but I just stayed very neutral because either you get on the good side or the bad side of girls. I was like, you know, I'm friends with everybody, so I'm just going to stay out of all the drama.
When you stood next to Fatima last night, were you convinced that she was the one going home because she missed the photo shoot?
I was convinced, because in other episodes girls go home once they miss a photo shoot, and she didn't have her documents. I was really sure that I wasn't going to be the one that was going home. But then when they said that they were going to judge on the body of work, I knew that they were going to say that Fatima's pictures were better. I was crying. I was like, okay, I can't believe they're going to send me home even though she missed the photo shoot and she didn't have her papers, which was totally unfair.
Was it especially hard to get eliminated in the airport hangar right before everyone's going to leave for their international destination?
It was completely devastating. I was like, I can't believe they're doing this to me in the airport. If it was in a regular studio where we always do eliminations in panel, I probably would have cried and I probably would have been okay. But at the airport? You've never seen that on Top Model before, so it was really hard. I think that they shouldn't have done that to me there like that. That was not cool either.
No, I think a lot of fans, on BuddyTV's site at least, were upset by the way that you were eliminated and felt bad for you.
Thank you, and thanks for the support. I know a lot of people are going to be upset that, you know, I can't believe Fatima got to stay. That's not fair, because we had to really work our butts off in that freezing cold. She got to miss that, and she got to go do what she needed to do because she lost her documents. We all had to have our documents, and it looked like she just got a little favoritism. I was really, really upset about that, and I'm really thankful that I have a lot of supporters right now that are upset that Fatima got to stay.
Do you plan on continuing modeling? What's in your future?
I definitely plan on continuing modeling. I'm going to finish my degree, I'm almost done with my bachelor's in education. Then I plan to go model overseas, so I definitely have modeling in my plans. It's my passion. I know that I didn't win this competition, but I know that I'm a winner, and I'm going to keep pushing. I'm going to prove to Tyra, and to Miss J and all the judges, they're going to see me out there and they're going to be like, "Wow. Did we choose the wrong girl?"
Well thank you so much, Stacy Ann. We wish you the best of luck, and we hope to hear big things from you in the future.
Thank you. Thank you so much.
Do you think Stacy Ann was fake on ANTM?
