A word of advice to the contestants of
America's Next Top Model. Be careful how you act when the cameras are rolling because any little thing can come back to bite you in panel. In the preview for tonight's episode,
Marjorie consumes a bit too much alcohol and gets a bit friendly with a local. Why can't she be so free and forward when she's in front of the judges? Give this girl a shot next time! For the next hour, I'll be here live and the final four girls are narrowed down to three. The season finale is fast approaching - take some bets on who's going to be the final two!
What a surprise. Marjorie is complaining again and getting down on herself. Thank you,
Analeigh, who just said that if she wasn't good, she wouldn't have made final four. Anyone else over models with low self-esteem? Life could be worse than having made it almost to the finale of a reality show.
The girls are meeting with
Paulina (who is almost as crazy as Tyra) to learn how to sell things without saying a word. They're practicing selling fish and toilet paper. Man, if that's what they're selling when this is over, they're in trouble.
On a side note, can someone explain to me why it looks like their interviews are in a tent?
At Amsterdam Worldwide, one of the top boutique ad agencies, the models once again meet up with Paulina as well as the creative director there, Richard Gorodecky. The girls will have to audition for a 30 second commercial for him for today's challenge. Supermodel Mark Vanderloo will be their scene partner and there will be no dialogue at all. Woah, the winner gets a $10,000 shopping spree. Well, that's worth fighting for, huh?
Each girl has to kiss Mark. Oh tough life!! The girls pretend to run next to Mark's taxi and then give him a kiss after being overwhelmed by their attraction to him. The audition takes place inside though, with the girls on a treadmill. It's a little awkward but not as awkward as Marjorie's attempt. Yikes. Points awarded to
Sam and Analeigh - one of them should win. Shows how much I know. Marjorie wins, takes Analeigh, and splits the shopping money with her. Well, that was nice!
The girls blow off some steam by inviting a few locals over and Marjorie is getting TRASHED.
McKey is wrestling a guy while Sam is playing cards. Marjorie makes out with one a dare - not her finest moment.
Ooh, I think I'm going to like tonight's photo shoot. The girls are shooting by windmills and their hair and makeup are larger than life! Can I reiterate how much I love Analeigh? She needs to go final two. I will not have it any other way. Marjorie really looks out of her mind in her shots and it's not pretty. This whole episode is really setting her up to go home. Sam seems devoid of personality in her shoot tonight which is disappointing. She says that her shoes hurt. No excuses. Play like a champion. I think that McKey is a guarantee to go final two and maybe even win this thing. Her shoot today was pretty impressive and she seems to be the most creative.
Panel time! I didn't love the shot they chose for McKey but I understand why the judges do. Marjorie's photo is just awful. She looks like she's literally just standing there with no expression. Sam is lucky that she pulled out some decent photos in the end because the judges like the one that was chosen tonight. Ah! I am in love with Analeigh's photo where she's up in the air. She needs to be called first, please.
Analeigh is called first! WOO!! I knew Tyra was a smart lady. McKey is also called. No surprises here. Tyra feels that Marjorie has tried so hard to please the judges that she lost who she was in the first place. Tyra also feels that Sam does not act like a model and it's getting pretty late in the game for that. Again, no surprise here - Marjorie is sent home. She'll talk to BuddyTV in an exclusive interview this week. Don't miss it!
Should Marjorie have been eliminated?
