Only 4 Episodes in to Cycle 12 of America's Next Top Model and we've already had makeovers and a Miss J runway teach. It seems like this cycle is running on fast forward when it comes to the Top Model segments we look forward to every cycle. So it should be no surprise that in this week's episode, the girls are checking off another Top Model milestone with posing lessons from Benny Ninja. Just bring in the Swirl-A-Whirl Twins in for their teach, and the girls will have checked off every tried-and-true Tyra guest-teach, all before the half way point of the season!

I have to admit, that the Benny Ninja posing teach is always one of my favorite episodes of the season. Out of all the experts on the show Benny Ninja really seems to be a master of what he does. I mean  this guy could pose for days and never hit a bad pose. Also, considering the fact that ANTM is much more of a photo-shoot centered show, learning to pose like a pro is the most valuable lesson the girls could learn. Unlike previous Cycle's where there were some naturally talented posers, most notably Sheena of Cycle 11 and Jenah of Cycle 9,  it seems like this crop of girls all desperately need the Ninja's teaching.

The Sandra-haters among us, should thoroughly enjoy this clip, where Sandra thinks she is the posing queen but is actually all sorts of fail. I know that when Benny criticized Sandra for trying to "take over the photo shoot," I got a huge schafenfreude smile on my face. Thank goodness someone finally called Sandra on this! Sandra's been trying to bully her way to the front of every group appearance and photo shoot, and it's been driving me batty. While Sandra is struggling with her ego and posing, Tahlia is still having serious doubts about the competition. She even utters the dreaded "Q" word: quit. Looks like there will be a lot more Tahlia tears during this episode, but will they amount to anything? We'll all have to wait until Wednesday to find out.
