It's been a few weeks since the finale of
America's Most Smartest Model. What's been going on with some of the beautiful young things we met on the show? Have they been walking the runway and solving quadratic equations at an even more frenzied pace than usual?
Not exactly, but many of the stars are continuing to pursue their careers in the modeling and entertainment industry and seem to be keeping plenty busy.
Jesse Lewis might not have made it through the season of America's Most Smartest Model, but he's still moving forward with his career. He says he'll be making an appearance in the new spoof film Meet the Spartans that's coming out later this month.
He also has given some of his time to a good cause; he wrote recently, “I've been working on a project with the LA Gay & Lesbian Center over the past few months…It's called IN THE MOMENT, and it's an experimental HIV prevention campaign that combines a web soap opera with online community features in order to jump-start a dialogue about HIV prevention among gay men in Los Angeles.”
He continued, “I'm incredibly proud of the work we've done, and hopeful that we'll be able to continue the project after this first round.” The project had a launch earlier this week.
VJ Logan also had a big event this week: his 22nd birthday. The celebration took place at Club Ritual and was said to include some of his castmates as well.
Mandy Lynn had some happy career news recently. She became the new Destroyed Denim Campaign Model. She updated her fans saying, “Destroyed Brand makes hot ripped and bleached up jeans for girls and guys as well as vintage rocker style shirts, hoodies and beaters…Britney Spears can be seen wearing Destroyed Denim in her newest music video for ‘Piece of Me.'”
