Biography

Full Out is a dance crew made up of four women and two men from West Palm Beach, Florida.

Michael Pesante

Twenty-two-year-old Michael Pesante hails from West Palm Beach, Florida.  His first intention in joining hip-hop aerobics class was to lose weight but not too long after, he fell in love with dancing.  He makes money by being a full time dancer performing at parties, backing up for local artists and dancing for drag queens.  Pesante is also a gifted singer.  His dancing idols are Mia Michaels, Brian Abadia and Wade Robson.  His source of inspiration is his mom.  She was the one who pushed him to take dance classes and bought him gym membership.  She was also very strict and prohibited Pesante from missing a single class.  Through joining Dance Crew, he hopes that Full Out will be put on the map, that he will gain a rare opportunity and that many doors will be opened for him as a dancer and as a performer.

Roben Allen

Twenty-year-old Roben Allen started dancing during her senior year in high school and hasn’t let go since then.  She currently works as a sales associate at Armani Exchange in Boston, Massachusetts.  She also earns money by teaching dance lessons to kids and by performing with the group for local artists.  Allen’s other talents are singing and drawing.  In the dancing industry, she adores Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Danielle P, Wade Robson, Omarion and the rest of her group members.  She loves dancing because it enables her to entertain people and it gives her the venue to show her passion within her movements.

Adriana Castro

Adriana Castro is a 21-year-old from Coral Springs, Florida.  Ever since she was a little girl, she already wanted to dance but she couldn’t afford to go to a studio.  Finally, in her freshman year in high school, she joined a hip-hop dance team and became part of a group named 24/7.  She has since then become a hip-hop aficionado and has continuously worked on improving her skills.  She now owns a local dance studio called U4ria.  Aside from being active on the dance floor, Castro is also an expert on the field of cosmetics.  She is a professional makeup artist.  Her dancing idol is Brian Abadia.  Her inspiration comes from the kids she teaches.  It makes her feel good knowing that she’s impacting the youth in a positive way.  She also finds fulfillment in building the next generation of dancers.

Brittny Sugarman

Brittny Sugarman comes from Coral Springs, Florida.  She started dancing as a little girl and pursued a career on it at the age of 13.  She patiently worked on training hard and performing well.  This 18-year-old just got out of high school and works as a dance teacher at Focal Pointe Dance Studio in Miami.  She is also a dancer for Bar Mitzvahs.  Her other interests are singing and acting.  She admires choreographer Brian Abadia for his dancing skills and is inspired by all the dancers around her.  She is amazed that she’s learning something different from people who share the same passion.  Sugarman’s biggest role model is her sister, who also happens to be her best friend.  According to Sugarman, even though being in the business is not easy, her sister helps her through.

Christopher Grant

Christopher Grant started dancing at the age of two.  When he saw the king of pop doing the moonwalk, he already knew which career path he wanted to take.  This 19-year-old from Bronx, New York teaches at dance studios around Palm Beach.  He also coaches dance classes throughout southern Florida.  Other than dancing, Grant is also gifted in singing, acting and in producing music.  He looks up to Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Ciara, Wade Robson and Omarion.  He gets his inspiration from performing and from knowing that he is capable of entertaining others.  In joining Dance Crew, he hopes to gain more dancing skills and more confidence.  He also wants to prove to himself that he can succeed in anything he puts his mind into.

Qwincia Wilson

Twenty-one-year-old Qwincia Wilson hails from West Palm Beach, Florida.  She started dancing when she was six, and made it her profession at the age of 18.  She is currently taking up a course in crime scene technology and also works as an assistant at a local recreation park.  Aside from dancing, she considers making people laugh her other talent.  Her idols are Janet Jackson, Ciara, Beyonce, Marty K, Roro, Luam, Frank Gatson, Jonte and Roman.  Her inspiration is a woman named Danielle.  She is the one who encourages Wilson to explore all styles of dance and this has contributed much to making Wilson’s career more successful.  Wilson hopes to gain fame, money and more dance experience through Dance Crew.

Full Out is a finalist for MTV’s 2008 reality talent search Randy Jackson Presents: America’s Best Dance Crew; where hip-hop dance groups from all over US compete for the prize money and for the opportunity to be given a touring contract.
