'America's Best Dance Crew' Struts Back Into TV With Season 2 Next Month
Dance crew fans would be glad to know that Randy Jackson Presents: America’s Best Dance Crew will be returning sooner than they might have expected!  With the debut season of the hit show ending late in March, we saw the victory of the Jabbawockeez, who ultimately grabbed the much-coveted title of champions from their competitors, Status Quo.  Following the season finale, the champions from San Diego had been performing and appearing as guests in various shows, and were also able to bag the Breakout Performance Award at the East West Players 42nd Anniversary Visionary Awards Dinner last month.

Now, MTV is set to launch another aspiring dance crew into stardom with the second season of America’s Best Dance Crew, which kicks off next month.

Our judges, JC Chasez, Lil Mama and Shane Sparks will return to the panel along with backstage correspondent Layla Kayleigh and host Mario Lopez, who recently tried his luck on the Broadway stage.

On June 7 at 2:00pm, fans will witness the selection of 10 out of 14 finalists for the weekly competition.  Following the live casting special, MTV will air the “Walk It Out with Jabbawockeez and Shane Sparks” special, which will feature the dance crew and judge strut their stuff and teach the audience some spanking brand new moves.  Moreover, they’ll be discussing the crazy new dance steps in the streets and clubs, and Shane Sparks will give his own little dance tutorial.

The fun doesn’t end there for fans and dance enthusiasts as MTV invites them to submit their own dance videos through Dance.MTV.com for a chance to be seen in the weekly episodes of the reality competition.  Fans can also log on to DanceCrew.MTV.com for more information about their favorite dance crews, with exclusive behind-the-scenes videos and photos and polls for fans to cast their votes for their favorite dance crews.

On Saturday, June 7, all eyes will be watching Los Angeles as it hosts the first ever elimination, in which 14 teams will be cut down to 10.  Don’t forget to tune into MTV on Saturday for the Live Casting Special at 2:00pm, followed by the "Walk It Out with the JabbaWockeeZ and Shane Sparks" special at 4:30pm.
