Chris Sligh had the gall to tell the judges his motivation to come on American Idol was to make David Hasslehoff cry AND to sing Seal's "Kiss from a Rose".  Now, I'm actually a Seal supporter, but "Kiss from a Rose" left a bad taste in many who watched MTV anytime near the release of the Joel Schumacher/Val Kilmer abortion "Batman Forever".  Anyway, Sligh performs the hell out of "Kiss from a Rose".
