I could've gone with any number of Cook songs here ("Eleanor Rigby," Billie Jean," etc.), but I think "Hello" was where the Cook train took off. It encapsulates exactly what makes him special, and why he might just win the whole thing. It was an incredibly unique arrangement of a song that you wouldn't think was ripe for a modern take.
