Looking Into the 'Idol' Crystal Ball: 'American Idol' Week 2 Predictions
Looking Into the 'Idol' Crystal Ball: 'American Idol' Week 2 Predictions
Nights 3 and 4 of American Idol auditions air this Wednesday and Thursday. I think they're going to Austin and Nashville (cue banjo music, probably!) and hopefully Idol will continue to showcase audition talent, rather than the people with the worst voices and craziest costumes.

Here's what I predict we'll see:

More talented 15-year olds. Nigel is all about them in the video below.

More crying from Jennifer Lopez.

More talent, less "joke" auditions.  Maybe only a montage of the bad auditions.

More of Steven Tyler hitting on young girls. Or at least being a little lecherous.

A lot of these predictions are based on E! Online's interview with producer Nigel Lythgoe, who proudly and snappily answered all their questions about the new season and the new talent:

Here is what else I predict. Please note that I am just making predictions based on what I see in the crystal ball!

Someone will get the words to an Aerosmith song wrong.

Someone rejected at the New Jersey auditions will return
to audition again in another city.

Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson will switch seats.

Randy won't be wearing pants behind the desk.
We won't ever see this, it will just happen.

Steven Tyler will fall asleep.

Jennifer Lopez will miss an entire audition
because she was mugging for the camera.

What do YOU think will happen?
