Just in time for season 9 of American Idol, the original Idol Kelly Clarkson has joined Twitter. And fear not Kelly fans, this is no impostor, Kelly's Twitter account has been confirmed as legit by her manager and the singer's blog.

You can find the "Since U Been Gone" singer at @Kelly_Clarkson. The original idol only has two Tweets so far, and she says she "make no promises, that I will say anything worth reading." But we'll be following avidly anyway.
