FOX Upfronts: Spring Schedule Announced - 'Dollhouse' to Mondays, 'Idol' Results back to Half Hour
FOX's Spring schedule is much more interesting than its Fall counterpart.  It also contains the single greatest announcement I've heard all week: the American Idol Results Show is going back to a half hour.  That wasn't so hard, now, was it FOX?  FOX has mastered the art of different, high-profile shows sharing time slots in different parts of the year.  As a result, FOX airs less re-runs and makes up for the fact that they run one hour of television less per night than the other three major networks.  FOX January and onward schedule is below, but remember – FOX is always very flexible with their schedule.

FOX January/Spring Prime Time Schedule

8pm: Dollhouse
9pm: 24

8pm: American Idol
9pm: Fringe

8pm: House
9pm: American Idol Results Show
9:30: Comedy TBA

8pm: Hell's Kitchen
9pm: Secret Millionaire

8pm: Bones
9pm: Til Death
9:30pm: Do Not Disturb

8pm: Cops
9pm: America's Most Wanted
11pm: Madtv
Midnight: Talk Show with Spike Feresten

8pm: The Simpsons
8:30pm: King of the Hill (January) / Sit Down, Shut Up (Spring)
9pm: Family Guy
9:30pm: American Dad (January) / The Cleveland Show (Spring)

New Spring Show:

The new Joss Whedon series stars Eliza Dushku as Echo, a member of an illegal group of “Actives” who have their personalities wiped clean and can be imprinted with any new persona a customer sees fit. Echo, as the series moves along, starts to remember things.

Secret Millionaire
Shot documentary style, millionaires are immersed in an impoverished community and are forced to live on minimum wage.  After their life-changing experience, they give away money.

Sit Down, Shut Up
An animated comedy from Mitchell Hurwitz about a dysfunctional high school faculty.

The Cleveland Show
A spin-off of Family Guy starring Cleveland and his new family in Virginia.

The American Idol news is spectacular.  Dollhouse and 24 might be a can't miss night for TV viewers.  Fringe is obviously a top priority for FOX, as they are going to keep it going from Fall to Spring, and pair it with Idol in the latter part of the year.  The Cleveland Show intrigues me slightly, but Secret Millionaire feels weird.
