Effective May 14^th, 2009

The BuddyTV Contest (the "Contest") allows participants to qualify to win Prizes by participating in the BuddyTV Idol Tour Promotion. Every Giveaway is subject to these Official Rules except as expressly stated otherwise. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. This Contest is sponsored by BuddyTV 190 Queen Anne Ave Ste 280 Seattle, WA 98109.  

1. Eligibility. The Contest is open to residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the Contest start date and have an Internet connection. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participant's computer must accept cookies or any similar device used by BuddyTV to track entries. See BuddyTV's Privacy Policy for more information about Cookies. Participants must be registered members of BuddyTV.com and have a twitter account. 
2. Contest Entry. To enter the Contest, access the BuddyTV website at http://www.BuddyTV.com/ and click on BuddyTV Idol Tour Ticket's Giveaway article. Follow the directions and complete the 3 steps for your entry. Contestants may only enter once.
3. How to Win: Log on to Twitter and check the cities mentioned for the day. Tweet out the given message when you see the city you want tickets for.
   
4. Contest Period: Midnight May 14^th through midnight May 28^th.
5. Winner Selection: BuddyTV will select the winners at random with a maximum of one (1) prize awarded per participant. All decisions are final and binding.  The number of eligible entries received will determine odds of winning.  Winner will be notified by Direct Message via Twitter within 24 hours of the city drawing and must claim their prize by email in response to the Direct Message within 24 hours of that notification by replying with their full name.  Prize will be available at Will Call the day of the concert. You will need your ID to get the pair of tickets. Advanced Media Research Group, Inc. is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winner.  If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, prize may awarded to another randomly selected winner.  In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the twitter account. All personally identifiable information submitted by any Winner to claim a Prize is subject to BuddyTV's Privacy Policy.
6. Prize:2 tickets to the Idol Tour per city date.
   

1. Winner Verification; Prize Receipt. Winner may be required to show verifiable proof of legitimate search and entitlement to win and to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release in order to claim their Prize. 
2. Publicity. Participation constitutes consent to use of Winner's name, likeness and address (city, state) for Contest purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
3. General Terms and Conditions. Any Giveaway may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in our opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. BuddyTV is not responsible for computer malfunctions, network connections, email delivery problems, systems failure or incompatibility, typographical, technical or key-stroke errors, or interruptions in your internet service.
4. Prize exceptions: We may make alternative Contest presentations of Prizes, combine Prizes or substitute a Prize with another of comparable or greater value. (For example, a $10 Prize may be offered or fulfilled as cash, a gift card or merchandise of comparable value.) No other cash option for, or substitution, assignment or transfer of, any Prize is permitted. Winner is responsible for all taxes.
5. Limitations of Liability. If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the same or a comparable Contest (or, if that is not possible for any reason, in a random drawing from among other eligible entries for any or all of the unclaimed prizes offered in a Giveaway).
6. Disputes. Decisions of the Board of Judges at BuddyTV are final. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to conduct the entry will be deemed to be the entrant. No claimant in any dispute involving BuddyTV shall be entitled to claim or obtain indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages. BuddyTV's failure to enforce any provision in these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
