American Idol--this according to "a very-inside music source." FOX still says, "No comment." We'll believe it when we see him at the judges' table. [

Real Housewives of D.C. Star Sued
On the premiere of the newest
Housewives series,
Lynda Erkiletian
said she wouldn't work with America's Polo Cup--
Tareq Salahi's annual
charity event--because "nobody got paid."
Sounds like a trend for Salahi, who also just lost a legal case against
him for failing to pay a small embroidering company for customized polo
jackets, fleece blankets and straw hats he ordered in 2008. Salahi
didn't show up for the court date last Friday, so the judge ruled he has
to pay the $4,576 bill. [
