Well, I know of at least one person who'll shed a tear at this news.

No, not that I'm poking fun at Jason Castro--he's a very loveable guy, I'll say. It's just that, well, if you've got a crush on him, then better start letting go: he's married.

And, like many other things today, the news first broke on Twitter, both from his guests and from the former American Idol finalist himself. "Yesterday I married the girl of my dreams," Castro tweeted earlier today, referring to his girlfriend (and now wife) Mandy Mayhall.

The two were married near Dallas over the weekend, after confirming their engagement last November. Earlier in the week, Castro tweeted about his bachelor party, filled with bowling, poker and pool.

But the honeymoon would seem to be short-lived: the 22-year-old singer, perhaps best known for his dreadlocks, will release his first EP, The Love Uncompromised, on January 12. He's also got a full-length album ready in the spring, and a tour later this month.
