American Idol: Carrie Underwood's Third Out In November
Ladies and gentlemen, meet busy body Carrie Underwood.

For being one of the few American Idol graduates who've been everywhere since the show, natch.  And here she goes again, getting her third album ready.  The yet untitled album just got a November 3 release date, with the first single off it coming out within the summer.
As with her past two albums--2005's Some Hearts and 2007's Carnival--Carrie will have producer Mark Bright on board.  Must be a good move, as she's sold 10 million albums since winning Idol.  Well, we might as well let them be for now, since they're still wrapping up the entire project.

But I did say Carrie is a busy body, and she's just taken part in a public service campaign giving a much-needed salute to our teachers.  The "Behind Every Famous Person Is A Fabulous Teacher" campaign pairs public figures with their favorite teachers, and it's something personal for her.  Appearing with her on the PSA are three teachers: her sisters Stephanie Shelton and Shanna Means, and their mother Carole Underwood.

"Teaching was something that ran in my family," she said.  "I have always admired my mother and sisters for making a difference in the lives of so many."

Someone's got an urge to say, "and you too, Carrie"?  I thought so.  And maybe you can change hers, too, by suggesting a name for the album...
