Leading the cast is Peter Hulne who plays the character Sam.  As the twice-divorced head of Desert Body & Custom, he struggles to get out of debt while dealing with his dysfunctional crew. His acting credits include Employee of the Month, The Naked Trucker and T-Bones Show, and In My Life.

Playing Desert Body & Custom’s receptionist Denise is Jill Bartlett.  As the only woman in the garage, she tries to endure her workplace full of male-chauvinist grease monkeys.  Bartlett has landed guest appearances on shows like Las Vegas, Guilty or Innocent? and Punk’d.

Joining the crew is Tim Nichols who plays the lazy yet devious auto painter.  Aside from being a cast member, Nichols also serves as a consulting producer of the show.

Portraying Brooklyn Johnny, the ultimate black market source, is John DiResta.  DiResta has graced movies such as Miss Congeniality, 15 Minutes, and How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.  On television, he has appeared on Judging Amy, Becker, and Malcolm in the Middle.

Nick Offerman stars as Rob, the shop’s suspension specialist who appears to be a renaissance man.  Some of his credits include 24 as Marcus, George Lopez as Randy, and Gilmore Girls as Beau Melville.

Last but not the least, Frank Merino stars as Luis, the Spanish-speaking shop assistant who often woos every woman he encounters.  Frank Merino has played minor and supporting roles on Sleeper Cell, The Shield, and Jesse.

Sam Greene and Jim Jones, along with Comedy Central’s Daniel Powell and Zoe Friedman are the producers of American Body Shop.
