Sabine Erika Singh was born in 1974 in New York to an Indian Maharaja and an Austrian beauty queen. When she was a young girl, she actively participated in dance and theatre, and as a student at the University of Michigan, she matriculated to New York Univerisity's Tisch School of Arts where she concentrated on acting. She has appeared in films like Maryam, The Anarchist Cookbook, Ricky Six, and Tony Goldwyn's Someone Like You. She has also appeared on television in programs like Martha Behind Bars, Dawson's Creek, Las Vegas, The Sopranos, CSI: NY and Unscripted. In 2007 she was cast for a role in the soap opera All My Children.

Greenlee Smythe du Pres Lavery is played by Sabine Singh in the daytime soap opera All My Children. She was born to Jackson Montgomery and Mary Greenlee but was raised by Roger Smythe who soon married Erica Kane. She had a paternal half-sister and a paternal half-brother, and two step-sisters and a step-brother. She was married to Leonardo du Pres who later on died. She married again, this time to Ryan Lavery.
