Bobbie Diane Eakes was born on July 25, 1961 in Warner Robins, Georgia. She was educated at the University of Georgia and became Miss Georgia in 1982. She is most known for her role as Macy Alexander on the soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. Eakes also starred in productions like Cinderella and Love Letters.

Krystal Carey Chandler is played by Bobbie Eakes in Days of Our Lives. She first appeared when Tad Martin traveled to California in search of Krystal. He then convinced her to come to Pine Valley. She is the mother of Babe Chandler. She was also the first to realize that Babe's daughter was really Bianca's daughter and that Paul Cramer, Babe's ex-husband switched the babies when they were born. Another shocking moment for Krystal was when she learned that the sleazy town doctor, David Hayward was Babe's biological father. Krystal later on fell in love with Tad who was being sought after by two other women.
