On the last All My Children, Tad and Krystal let Colby stay out as long as she wants on New Year's so that they can be alone.  Lily set it up so that Jack and Erica would run into each other at dinner and hopefully, work things out.  Afterwards, she visits Richie in the psych ward.  Annie and Ryan spend a quiet, romantic New Year's Eve together.  Kendall turns herself in and is arrested and booked.

JR visits Babe to celebrate a belated Christmas and lets her know where he was the night Zach disappeared.  Babe is appalled that Amanda would tape a drunk JR confessing to all the terrible things he's done and even worse, his own father kept it from him.  Hannah gives Adam Zach's head on a platter, like he asked, in the form of some mysterious papers.  Zach is upset that Kendall plans on confessing to setting up Greenlee, saying she is throwing away everything.

With Greenlee's blessing, Jack offers to represent Kendall at her trial.  Greenlee doesn't understand why Kendall would turn herself in, especially since she forgave her.  Hannah tells Adam that she sold shares of Chandler Enterprises to dummy corporations which she controlled.  She offers it back to Adam ... for a price, and promises him that Zach will never see it coming. 

Babe gives JR a joke Christmas gift, a get out of jail free card.  His real gift though, is a picture of Little A holding a sign that says, "I love my daddy".  JR gives Babe a bracelet but the warm, fuzzy feelings are cut short when he sees a gift from his ex to Richie.  Richie meets with a doctor, telling him that he's picked the day he's going to die. He also tells him that he's picked a new beneficiary, Babe.

Adam is so happy with the work that Hannah has done that he offers her a position working with him.  He tries to make a toast but she throws the glass on the ground, turning him down.  Jack asks Aidan what is going on between him and Kendall.  Zach lets out his anger at Kendall, feeling that she acted without consulting him.

Joe agrees to release Greenlee from the hospital, so long as she promises to rest.  Richie makes a call to someone, telling them to "take care of the doctor".  After telling Babe to stay away from Richie, JR goes to visit him himself to send a warning.  Kendall tells Zach that she thought by confessing, it would give them a fresh start and a clean slate.  Little A shows Babe a picture he drew of the family being back together again.  Richie tells JR that he won't see Babe again but he's probably lying.  They'll see each other again soon.
