Former Heroes star Adrian Pasdar was supposed to appear on court Wednesday after being officially charged with DUI in January but decided not to attend. Instead, his attorney showed up with an innocent plea from the 44-year-old actor. A preliminary hearing has now been set for March 15.

Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

Pasdar's arraignment originated from his January 27 arrest after police spotted him veering between two lanes on the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles at 94 mph. "Upon contacting Pasdar, the officers noticed an odor of alcoholic beverage emitting from...within the vehicle" and determined the actor was under the influence of alcohol, the California Highway patrol said.

The Heroes actor was consequently taken into custody at a nearby jail where bail was set at $15,000. Though his bail was a bit high since he refused to take a breathalyzer, Pasdar was able to post bond.

Pasdar, who's married to Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines, catapulted to fame in the short-lived Fox series Profit. He then became a household name when he was cast as Nathan Petrelli on Heroes, which he became a part of for four seasons.
