Tila Tequila may have lost her shot at love yet again. Rumors have circulated that the self-proclaimed bisexual and star of the MTV reality dating series A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila has broken up with gal pal Courtenay Semel, socialite and daughter of former Yahoo! CEO Terry Semel.

As of this moment, not much is known about what prompted the end of their relationship, which found the couple suddenly engaging in over-the-top PDA any time a camera was around.  However, there are reports that Semel allegedly cheated on the Shot at Love star.

Semel, who starred on the 2005 reality show Filthy Rich: Cattle Drive, along with Kourtney Kardashian, Alex Quinn and Brittny Gastineau, started dating the Shot at Love star after breaking up with Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson months ago.  While Semel was dating Tila Tequila, she was arrested in August for battery after slapping a security guard at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas.  Last week, she reportedly paid a $250 bail to the court, which was forfeited, and the case was dismissed.

Meanwhile, Tila Tequila has yet to comment on the break-up.  In fact, it seems that these are just reports that are based on unfounded information.  While the Shot at Love star hasn't clarified anything about the real score of her relationship with Semel, her most recent post in her official blog suggest that they are still an item.

“It's late Saturday night and I am assuming that half of the people in this country is out getting sh*t-faced somewhere, some party, some bar.  Well here I am at home alone on a Saturday night.  I have to admit, I quite love this feeling!  I love being home alone a lot because I never ever get to spend time with myself these days anymore.  I am always traveling across the world, working, studio, then if I do have a day off I have to spend time with my girlfriend....speaking of my girlfriend, her phone has been off all night so I couldn't find her.  Oh well, maybe her battery died or something.  Hence me being alone and loving it right now!  Not that I don't love spending time with her, because I do, very much so.....but I think that it is good for EVERYONE to have some alone time to themselves.  Away from distraction, you can focus more on your inner thoughts and feelings,” Tila wrote on her blog.
