The second season of A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila brought many interesting characters on screen, but you never thought you’d hear from them again until now.  One of the contestants on the series, who was known for headbutting a fellow contestant on the show, was recently arrested for allegedly beating up his girlfriend. 

Chad Tulik was taken in by the police, who went to his home in West Hollywood after neighbors called to say they overheard hints of violence.  The cops then interfered, only to find Chad with a bruised and injured woman in the house. 

Tulik was eventually arrested and charged with felony assault, vandalism and dissuading a witness – because the accused reportedly smashed his girlfriend’s iPhone when she tried calling 911.  Currently, Chad Tulik is being held on a bail set at $50,000. 

Not even Tila Tequila would spend her money to free the guy, who was booted off the reality dating series due to his violent behavior.  While on A Shot at Love, he prided himself in being a total alpha male, who got a little too wild, even for the series’ star.  
 
Chad got eliminated on the fifth episode of the show, due to the damage he caused on Bo.  He didn’t stop at the headbutt, but continued to punch Bo in the jaw.  This marked the arrival of the paramedics and Bo’s hospitalization.  His jaw was snapped and his teeth smashed, but he made it to the final two of A Shot at Love.  As for Chad, he got arrested.  Maybe he should’ve taken some anger management classes after all.

Meanwhile, Tila Tequila is having problems of her own too.  The newest post on her blog states that she’s been having trouble with relationships these days and is looking for advice.  Tila turned to her fans for help, asking them to post YouTube videos that would assist in dealing with her current conundrums.
