In anticipation of the premiere of 90210 on September 2 on The CW, SOAPnet has decided to air a 24-hour marathon of the original drama Beverly Hills 90210 on Monday, September 1.  The marathon will kick off at midnight and run through the entire day, featuring 24 pivotal episodes of the long-running prime time drama series created by Darren Star and produced by Aaron Spelling.

Beverly Hills 90210, for those who are not familiar, ran from October 4, 1990 to May 17, 2000 on FOX. The series followed the lives of a group of teenagers living in the upscale, start-studded community of Beverly Hills, California and attending the fictitious West Beverly Hills High School and then-fictitious California University.  The show also addressed several topical issues like date rape, alcoholism, domestic violence, gay rights, drug abuse, teenage suicide, AIDS, and teenage pregnancy.
Not all titles featured on BuddyTV are available through Amazon Prime.

The series stars Jason Priestley, Shannen Doherty, Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Gabrielle Carteris, Brian Austin Green, Tori Spelling, Luke Perry and Tiffani-Amber Thiessen, just to name a few.

The marathon will start with the Beverly Hills 90210's pilot episode called “The Class of Beverly Hills,” in which twins Brenda (Doherty) and Brandon Walsh (Priestley) move to Beverly Hills to start school and go to their first party.  SOAPnet will then feature select episodes from the first four seasons, ending the marathon with the two-part installment called "Mr. Walsh Goes to Washington.”  In this episode, Kelly admits her feelings for Brandon to Andrea, Brenda gets an offer to study acting in London, Kelly surprises Brandon in Washington, Donna catches David cheating and Brenda shares a special goodbye with Dylan before heading to London.

Don't forget to catch Kelly Taylor before she became a guidance counselor and Brenda Walsh before she became a famous theater director on SOAPnet's Beverly Hills 90210 marathon.
