Haylie is even uglier and less talented than her brainless sister. Nightmare, indeed.
In an interview with TV Guide, she shared her sentiments on her new project. She is actually very excited to be a part of the new show and portray a clever character, apart from her sweet and gentle character on 7th Heaven.
Nightmare, which is broadcast on Lifetime, is a thriller series that follows a graduate student who suffers from sleep disorders. On the show, Duff plays Molly Duggan, a smart girl who explores her nightmares and attempts to discover a treatment for the life threatening mind-body disconnect. Also included are Charisse Baker, Linda Darlow, Teach Grant, Jesse Hutch, Bruce Ramsay, and Cassandra Sawtell among others.
The future looks bright for Duff even though her current program,
7th Heaven, is bound to close its curtains on May 13, 2007. Apart from her new show Nightmare, she also did an animated movie with her sister Hilary called Foodfight!, which will be scheduled for release in November. Also included in Foodfight! are Eva Longoria, Charlie Sheen and Chris Kattan among others. In addition, she will also be filming with Judd Nelson and Tom Sizemore in June.
Meanwhile, Duff makes use of her time off work by catching up on her favorite television series like
24,
Grey’s Anatomy,
Dirt and
Weeds.
