30-days.jpg30 Days is a reality show created by Morgan Spurlock that aims to explore what life changing experiences are possible if people lived someone else’s life in a span of 30 days. The main idea of the show came from the experiences of the creator as he went through 30 days of fast food, showcased on his documentary Super Size Me.

Each episode of 30 days exhibits a person or a group of people who submerges themselves in a certain lifestyle which is far from what they are used to having. The show entails a lot of topics like religion, sexual orientation, minimum wage, and other issues.

30 Days is produced by John Landgraf, Morgan Spurlock, R.J. Cutler, Ben Silverman, and H.T. Owens, and airs on FX.
