Joe the Angry Staff Member starts yelling,  and Taylor tells him to either get on board or resign.  Joe leaves, and has some pointed parting words on the way out.  Taylor explains herself to the remainder of the room.  She says that she wants America to be a force in the world.  The US, a nation of ideals, and needs to stay strong.  She's a stubborn one, this president.  Triumphant music plays as she exits the war room. 

Bill, Chloe and Walker arrive at the warehouse to meet Jack, Tony, and the Mutobos.  Renee is still mad at Jack, but it's clear that Jack had no other options.  But, still – he did shoot her and bury her alive.  We can give her some time to be angry.  Chloe puts a bug on Mutobo's teeth.  



Back to Henry at Samantha's apartment.  He's not dead.  Samantha is about to enter the apartment.  Henry is paralyzed.  Male Model Mole Bad Guy Assistant puts gloves on, looks ready to kill Samantha.    Sam walks in, checks her mail, as Henry looks on, silent.  Sam is concerned.  Before she can do anything, she is literally stabbed in the back by Henry's assistant.   Then he stabs her again, right in the heart.  Umm, whoa.  Killer Mal Model gets a call from Ethan – he tells Ethan that Henry is in Samantha's apartment.  Ethan is pissed and tells him to get Henry to call the White House as soon as possible.  Killer puts the knife in Taylor's hands to get the prints on them.  Hardcore.

A black vehicle arrives at the rendezvous point.  Dubaku's White Henchman approaches Tony.  Tony tells him that he killed Emerson and Bauer, but that he has Mutobo and his wife, alive.  Tony is acting super bad ass.  Dude wants to see Mutobo.  First, Tony needs the diamonds.  After he gets the diamonds, he gives them the keys to the van.  They get Mutobo out, and then a guy gets ready to shoot Tony, as per Dubaku's request.  Jack picks him off with a sniper rifle, however, and guns start a blazing.  Tony tells him that they can forget about this.  White Henchman takes the Mutobos and busts out of there. 

Back at Samantha's apartment.  Henry starts to regain arm movements.  Meanwhile, Evil Guy is rigging up an elaborate suicide device – a wire noose that hangs down from the loft.  He tries to go through with the mock suicide, but Henry manages to take Evil Guy off the loft with him.  Once they land on the ground, Henry strangles him to death.  Huzzah. 

Dubaku thinks President Taylor is insane.  He readies another attack, this time against a small town in Ohio.  They think casualties will be in the 18,000 range.  “Begin,” Dubaku says.  Beep-boop, beep-boop....
