A Missile is on its way to the Middle East, and a comatose Wayne Palmer is the only chance of stopping it.  Definitely one of the most tense moments in 24 history.  This seems to put the world on the brink of war, does it not?  How would a World War play out on 24? Well we have some information on how the situation is going to play out, and you will not believe it.  Best. 24. Twist. EVER!

As we saw this week, the fate of the country hinges on Wayne Palmer.  Next week Karen Hayes will take the initiative and start working on Sandra to get consent to pull Wayne out of the coma.  Apparently there is a lot of risks involved, but the safety of the world is at stake.  Before Sandra agrees though,  let's take a side trip.

Nadia is a little too obvious of a mole, right?  Well the good thing is, you will find out in episode fifteen that she was not the mole and Doyle will actually have the proof.  Now, will he have a character turn and destroy the evidence?  That is pure speculation, but this is 24, expect the unexpected.

Now, about that nuke.  After a tense discussion, Sandra agrees to allow Wayne removed from the coma.  Medical drama ensues and it doesn't look good for a few moments, then everything levels out enough so they can tell Wayne what is going on.  So everything is going to be alright, right?  Wayne is going to stop the attack, right?  WRONG!  Wayne goes through with it!

Of course this is a major cliffhanger and if you don't want to know the big twist, I can't blame you.  STOP READING NOW!  The twist is, that the missile fired at Fayed's country is not armed!  It was all a bluff to try to force some info out of them, which it failed to do so.  So does this mean that the VP is not an evil man after all and was just following through with Wayne's plans?   That remains to be seen!
